How It Works
1) Send Request

2) Approve Offer​​

You will receive a price quote for the requested parts, along with estimated delivery times for each item.

The prices in the quotation are based on EXW terms from the ITR-Agri warehouse in Modena, Italy.

Transportation is handled by DB Schenker, and their charges will be itemised separately on the final invoice.

3) Make Down Payment​

Payment for the order must be made before processing begins.

Please note that transport costs are not included in the Proforma Invoice.

4) Get Order Confirmation​

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation.

For stock items, the estimated delivery time to our location in Vantaa is approximately 2 weeks
5) Track your a shipment​
-
Transportation is managed by DB Schenker.

You will receive a tracking link to monitor the movement of your shipment.

6) Make a final payment and meet your parts​

Once the cargo arrives at our delivery point in Vantaa, Finland, we will notify you and issue the final Invoice.

After the invoice is paid, we will arrange last-mile delivery across Finland through DB Schenker Oy.

Alternatively, self-pickup is available from our delivery point in Vantaa.

​7) Returns and Refunds​
If you are not satisfied with the products you've purchased from us, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receiving the items for a full refund (less the original delivery cost and applicable restocking charges). You are responsible for all transport charges related to the return. To initiate a return, please notify us in writing beforehand for approval. Any unauthorized returns, or returns without prior written notification, will incur a restocking charge. Restocking charges may also apply to returns that are authorized but do not meet the stated conditions upon inspection.

Claims for errors must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the item.

Shipping, handling and transaction fees are nonrefundable.

All merchandise must be in original boxes and include all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials.

Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Product must be in original condition and not installed.

Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

Electronic components are non-returnable

Please note that no refunds will be issued for items returned after 14 days unless previously agreed upon in writing. In special circumstances where a return is accepted after 14 days, a credit may be provided for future purchases instead of a refund. Ensure to communicate and receive confirmation in writing for any exceptions to the return policy.
